The history of Psihoselect is the result of a passionate team with a real desire for growth. We have evolved from the recruitment company that has emerged from the passion for people and for their development in companies, to the trusted resource for executive search and headhunting services in the Transylvanian area.

The company has been active on the recruitment market since 2001, but headhunting emerged as a necessity only in 2008, when the market was ready for this new stage. During the financial crisis, both us and the companies we worked with became more aware of the importance of a solid leadership and what a decisive role recruiting the best professional for key executive positions can have on a company’s growth and development. Immediately after the crisis, we increased the efficiency of the headhunting process in order to help companies integrate executive and top management positions as quickly as possible and help them grow. We believe in the prompt delivery of results. The longer the headhunting process, the more problems could appear in the company's workflow, and we, at Psihoselect are very aware of this.

Most often we received headhunting requests for the positions of General Manager, Plant Manager, CFO, Executive Director, Economic Director, Production Director, IT Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Manager. Business verticals from which we receive the most requests are automotive, pharma, IT, household appliances, furniture production, sales, production of building materials, footwear production, production and distribution of interior and exterior furnishings, and services with great added value.
