AREA SALES MANAGER: Location – Cluj, Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Hunedoara

Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in commercializing heating solutions, for the following position:

AREA SALES MANAGER

Location: Cluj, Alba, Sibiu, Mures, Hunedoara

Role:

Selling and promoting solutions of high power heating equipment in Transylvania – Banat area, for offices, residential buildings, commercial and industrial area.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a growing business relationships with clients;
• Building relation with new customers and gaining new businesses providing the best technical solutions;
• Finding new opportunities on the market in the early phase of the projects
• Continuously raising the level of knowledge on solutions and technologies offered by the company;
• Presenting, promoting and selling the products and services, using solid arguments to existing and potential customers;
• Promoting new products and strengthening the brand image on the Romanian market;
• Achieving regular sales objectives and coordinating sales projects with team members;
• Analyzing the potential of the territory / market, tracking the sales and the progress of projects;
• Continuous information on best practices and promotional trends;
• Responsible for all aspects of customer relations and sales cycle to existing & new customers (price negotiation, contract management).

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in technical consultative sales of large projects;
• Bachelor degree in technical field (installation field is a plus);
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent consulting skills;
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and projects is an advantage;
• Relevant experience in representing a brand is an advantage;
• Knowledge of the MS Office package;
• Proficiency in English (advanced level);
• Excellent skills for building and maintaining partnership relationships;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Creativity and flexibility;
• Driving license category B.
