These meetings are free of charge and serve as the foundation for defining the project and subsequently the proposal.

Additionally, such studies are also requested by foreign investors, who evaluate Romania as a potential destination, Romania being analyzed in comparison with other countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

The studies include essential information for such a decision, such as the labor market potential in the area, education levels, identification of required specializations, salary levels, labor market indicators at the national level cascading down to the analyzed region, and specific characteristics of the area. The study includes potential challenges, but also possible solutions.
