 <\/p>\n

Role: <\/strong>The Digital Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO and content marketing. This includes overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them via trend analysis and data-driven decision making. They will also write and proofread engaging ad copy, make creative suggestions for ad templates, and prepare and present status reports to clients. This position will serve as a strategic component throughout our integrated marketing approach.<\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals;
\n\u2022 Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
\n\u2022 Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns;
\n\u2022 SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to enhance visibility and drive traffic;
\n\u2022 Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement;
\n\u2022 Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring data-driven decisions;
\n\u2022 Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement;
\n\u2022 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing efforts;
\n\u2022 Stay Updated: Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive;
\n\u2022 The position is part of a Global team \u2013 having support from the HQ.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
\n\u2022 + 5 years\u2019 experience in digital marketing positions, e-commerce background is a must;
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing;
\n\u2022 Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot);
\n\u2022 English knowledge is essential, both written and spoken fluently;
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills;
\n\u2022 Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically;
\n\u2022 Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus;
\n\u2022 Strategic and creative thinking \u2013 always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;
\n\u2022 Entrepreneurial and problem-solving spirit;
\n\u2022 Good ability and experience in working across teams and departments and agencies as vendors.<\/p>\n
