Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will involve setting the country\u2019s product category growth strategy for the assigned brands.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and market trends, drive end-to-end brand projects, being able to coordinate &amp; influence cross-functional teams. Performing in-depth data analysis of Market Data, Sales Data and forecast;<br \/>\n\u2022 Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities;<br \/>\n\u2022 Campaign Management: Develop a company strategy for growing the assigned categories by focusing on Distribution, Merchandising, Shelving, and Pricing (DSMP) fundamentals and translating them into actionable sales initiatives.
