Location: Bucharest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> recruits for a partner company specialized in production for the following position :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SALES BACK-OFFICE SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location: BUCHAREST<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Role: <\/strong>Sales-Back Office Specialist is responsible for the commercial relationship with the assigned reseller partners; being part of a producer company of high value product and a worldwide brand, the Sales Back-Office Specialist is involved in the sales and after-sales processes, being responsible for a key component of the entire relationship and results regarding the assign reseller partner.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales order processing in SAP (checking stock availability, stock arrival, price monitoring);<\/li>\n<li>Daily communication with customer representatives: confirmation of deliveries, checking stocks, moving stocks between orders, booking delivery slots, ensuring deliveries under the conditions established with partners;<\/li>\n<li>Management of outstanding orders of internal and external customers;<\/li>\n<li>Informing customers about new stocks, orders and allocation of registration numbers;<\/li>\n<li>Assistance for sales colleagues regarding promotional activities, checking stocks and returns;<\/li>\n<li>Day-to-day communication with internal and external transport partners to verify deliveries;<\/li>\n<li>Introduction and permanent updating the price lists in the system;<\/li>\n<li>Entering data in the forecast system;<\/li>\n<li>Constant communication with customers accounting departments to check balances, credit notes or invoices;<\/li>\n<li>Daily communication with the Headquarter &#8211; Finance Department to check customer credit lines, transfers;<\/li>\n<li>Authorization and verification of bonus invoices for customers or complains send by email;<\/li>\n<li>Generating specific reports, as an image of the activities on special indicators;<\/li>\n<li>Allocations management, build solid partnerships with clients based on understanding needs, objectives, strategies and internal systems;<\/li>\n<li>Meet the sales and profitability objectives set;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the constant increase of market share for the company&#8217;s products in the business of reseller partners;<\/li>\n<li>Promotion plan management for the company&#8217;s products with reseller partners;<\/li>\n<li>Monitorization and reports regarding activity of the competition, proposal and implementation of reaction actions;<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio of products management listed in the assortment of reseller partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum + 2 years experience in Sales Back Office Specialist, Customer Support Representative, Order Flow Management, Order Processing Specialist or similar;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree;<\/li>\n<li>Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) \u2013 is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English \u2013 both orally and writing;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Good collaboration skills &amp;
