Plans, manages, and implements actions to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Find the best solutions to optimize the business operations;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all production processes are in accordance with the company standards, customer requirements and economic performance;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, directing and coordinating the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints;<\/li>\n<li>Direct and coordinate production, processing, logistics and maintenance activities of industrial plant;<\/li>\n<li>Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, or other operational reports, to detect production problems;<\/li>\n<li>Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems;<\/li>\n<li>Hire, train, evaluate, resolve personnel grievances or discharge staff;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records;<\/li>\n<li>Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of raw products or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality;<\/li>\n<li>Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets;<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and coordinate inventory and cost control programs;<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance or recommendations for the maintenance, modification, replacement or acquisition of facility equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Review plans and confer with research or support staff to develop new products or processes;<\/li>\n<li>Institute employee suggestion and involvement programs in strong relationship with the HR strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Follow the strategic goals settled by the group and report the status of all projects;<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that everything is in place accordingly to the safety regulations;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+5 years\u2019 experience in management position, coordinating in the field of industrial production (site or segments);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the electronics or automotive sector is an advantage, generally in standardized production environment;<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of production optimization;<\/li>\n<li>Personnel management, planning and development skills;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a Technical Field or related;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English;<\/li>\n<li>Business and entrepreneurial mindset;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and teamwork;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\"><strong>Raluca V\u0103t\u0103m\u0103nescu<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR PROJECT MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0755-041 440<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:raluca.vatamanescu@psihoselect.ro\">raluca.vatamanescu@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position: OPERATIONAL PLANT MANAGER Location &#8211; Satu Mare Role: The Operational Plant Manager oversees the daily workings of the factory\u2019s operations.
