Moreover, this position will pursue the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of all operational aspects of the branch, including quality control, human resources and administration;<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of workflows and standards;<\/li>\n<li>Management of the budget;<\/li>\n<li>Part of the hiring process of the new employees;<\/li>\n<li>Training new employees;<\/li>\n<li>Increase the potential of the team by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation;<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly;<\/li>\n<li>Perform design engineering tasks as part of the project team;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all the financial and technical tasks of each project;<\/li>\n<li>Provide quality assurance reviews for ongoing projects;<\/li>\n<li>Network Development in order to increase the presence and reputation of the branch and company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+5 years of experience as Installation Design Engineer\/Installation Engineer\/Site Manager\/Project Manager or similar;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s &amp; master\u2019s degree in Installation Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coordinating a team involved in designing projects;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in design software, BIM &amp; Revit knowledge\/experience is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>English \u2013 conversational level;<\/li>\n<li>German \u2013 conversational level (represents and advantage);<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and coordination of technical teams;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant technical skills, knowledge of standards and legislation in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\">Dalia Unguras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0741-158 158<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dalia.toma@psihoselect.ro\">dalia.unguras@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in designing different types of installation. &nbsp; BRANCH MANAGER Location: CLUJ-NAPOCA \u00a0 Role: The Branch Manager will supervise all areas of operation, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate a team of 10 engineers.
