Location: Arad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> performs the recruitment and selection process for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of engineering solutions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>HEAD OF ACCOUNTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location: ARAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role: <\/strong>Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business\u2019s accounting operations, with a strong collaboration with the General Manager and external company support (audit and accounting expertise).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recording accounting operations up to balance sheet level and monthly reporting according to the established indicators;<\/li>\n<li>Organizes the accounting department to ensure a good running of the activity;<\/li>\n<li>Keeps in touch with the company&#8217;s external support to ensure continuous compliance with the legislation in force;<\/li>\n<li>Propose preventive or corrective measures whenever it finds them necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Prepares payment packages to suppliers according to payment terms, forecasts, and particular cases according to the instructions received;<\/li>\n<li>Operates currency exchange transactions according to the instructions of the group&#8217;s treasury, possible deposits, salary payments, duties, and taxes;<\/li>\n<li>Monthly checks the reconciliation of the accounts in the trial balance with the supporting documents drawn up by the department: stock receptions, supplier journals, customer journals, keep under control the balances of supplier\u2019s debtors\/creditor clients, payment instruments, payroll, duties and taxes, other debtors and creditors, banking operations;<\/li>\n<li>Registration of accounting notes, invoices, consumption vouchers;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of the cash register, operation of bank statements, preparation and registration of returns;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and submission of declarations to local and state institutions;<\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation and closure of monthly accounts in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Constant contact with the HQ in Germany, customers and suppliers when needed;<\/li>\n<li>Proposing solutions and procedures to streamline the department&#8217;s activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 3 years experience in the financial-accounting field as Senior Accountant, Accountant Expert, Head of Accounting, Chief Accountant or similar positions;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;<\/li>\n<li>English \u2013 Conversation level;<\/li>\n<li>German \u2013 Conversational level (not a must, but represents a big advantage);<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP type tools and reporting software, WinMentor represents an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge in the field of accounting and tax legislation;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Good problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity;<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\">Dalia Unguras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0741-158 158<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dalia.toma@psihoselect.ro\">dalia.unguras@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment and selection process for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of engineering solutions. &nbsp;
