The Branch Manager ensures the customer satisfaction and the operation of the Center, through a practical, efficient approach with results in increasing productivity and achieving sales objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all the operations of the branch merchandise policy, human resources, inventory, sales, logistics and loss prevention;<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time;<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategies, sales plans, develop customer relationships (B2B, individuals and legal entities);<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial objectives, business plans, financial forecasts, the business environment, market potential;<\/li>\n<li>Makes predictions, monitor the evolution, identify the preferences and needs of the clients to determine the concentration of the sales efforts &#8211; monitor the activity of the competition (prices, services);<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance;<\/li>\n<li>Establish long-range objectives, specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, solve clients&#8217;
