Moreover, this position is a support of Sales and Operation departments with parts\/configuration specification.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer support, technical supervising and approving of the company products customization based on customer needs;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate customer requirements, assist in connecting customer needs when making an offer;<\/li>\n<li>Work on installations and programming of the company products;<\/li>\n<li>Create and\/or evaluate of machine configurations (BOMs);<\/li>\n<li>Support of Sales and Operation departments with parts\/configuration specification ad prepare answers\/comments for coming and ongoing sales projects regarding technical feasibility;<\/li>\n<li>Check and suggest application layout;<\/li>\n<li>Support exhibitions from technical point of view and OEM education;<\/li>\n<li>Learn, test and implement the latest software and hardware option releases;<\/li>\n<li>Communication to Sales and Marketing departments about new features products;<\/li>\n<li>Support for internal projects about products presentations, shows and development of attractive solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-sale activities and reviews including customer visits, evaluation of opportunities, machine assessment and recommendations, part processing recommendations and development of turnkey proposals;<\/li>\n<li>Make accurate cost estimates, write engineering reports, and interpret plans and specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Develop\/implement custom demonstrations and training customers in the safe set up and operation of CNC machining centers, laser and other industrial robots;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of product lines represented by the company;<\/li>\n<li>Disponibility to travel in OEM customers area and main European sites of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3 years experience as Maintenance Engineer, Process Engineer, Automation Engineer, Molding Process Engineer or related positions in plastic injection machines;<\/li>\n<li>University degree in Technical fields;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced machine tool knowledge and terminology;<\/li>\n<li>On-site support experience and excellence knowledge of electrotechnics, programming, electrical service and mechanical works;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English \u2013 technical terminology;<\/li>\n<li>Self learning and problem-solving attitude;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP type tools;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on attitude;<\/li>\n<li>Driver\u2019s licence in Category B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\">Dalia Unguras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0741-158 158<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dalia.toma@psihoselect.ro\">dalia.unguras@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect is recruiting for a multinational partner company, specialized in automation for the following position: &nbsp; TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER Location: CLUJ \u00a0 Role: Technical Sales Support Engineer is responsible for customer support, training of OEM manufacturers using the company products and create or evaluate the machine configurations (BOMs).
