Also, visit prospective clients of the industrial sector (automotive, chemical, electronics, machinery, metalworking, textile, etc.), and to inform them about product solution, availability, and advantages and have a consultative approach.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify new prospects and communicates new product and service opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and increase the market regarding company\u2019s portfolio;<\/li>\n<li>Identify B2B clients from the company\u2019s specified areas and uses consultative selling;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients, achieve targets (Orders, Sales, Profits);<\/li>\n<li>Determine price schedules and discount rates, according to the company\u2019s sales policy;<\/li>\n<li>Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans;<\/li>\n<li>Review daily sales reports in order to manage and coordinate work activity;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;<\/li>\n<li>Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production;<\/li>\n<li>Utilize the available tools &amp; resources (for example, CRM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 2 years experience in technical sales or related fields, a strong background in technical sales represents an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Technical Field or related fields;<\/li>\n<li>Experience with B2B customers from the industrial sector (automotive, chemical, electronics, machinery, metalworking, textile etc) \u2013 advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Conversational level \u2013 English;<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, analytical thinking, and organized working system;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant programs \u2013 CRM, ERP type programs;<\/li>\n<li>Positive result driven and hands-on attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\">Dalia Unguras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0741-158 158<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dalia.toma@psihoselect.ro\">dalia.unguras@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner known for the distribution of\u00a0laboratory equipment towards different industries.
