Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implements the sales strategy for selected Key Accounts, in collaboration with Sales Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Participates with The Sales Manager closing the annual contracts with the IKA portfolio, e.g. for product assortment, terms &amp; conditions, marketing support &amp; campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Solve all the operational issues within the contracts agreements;<\/li>\n<li>Monthly and weekly planning forecast at sku level for the designed Key Accounts;<\/li>\n<li>Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for each Key Account\u2019s performance, product promotion, new product introduction, monitor the market and discounting within agreed costs budget and framework of the business;<\/li>\n<li>Support ongoing growth with the existing customers and development new business opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in annual sales strategy planning;<\/li>\n<li>Permanent contact with Key Accounts as to maintain and develop a good business relationship;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with trade marketing and product development activities to ensure brand consistency and presence in the market;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the competition activity, pricing, placements, promos, packaging;<\/li>\n<li>Proposes new products portfolio according to market trend and needs, for branded products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 2 years of sales experience with key accounts type customers \u2013 FMCG field is a plus, knowledge regarding International Key Accounts clients from previous sales interactions;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related fields;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused, outgoing, problem solver with the ability to work independently;<\/li>\n<li>Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify issues and propose solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English;<\/li>\n<li>Hands on experience with CRM software\u00a0and Microsoft Office Suite;<\/li>\n<li>Positive result driven and hands-on attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\">Dalia Unguras<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0741-158 158<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dalia.toma@psihoselect.ro\">dalia.unguras@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect\u00a0performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position: &nbsp; KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Location: BUCHAREST\/CLUJ &nbsp; Role: As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for management of the IKA customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales.
