Location: Mures\/Sibiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> performs the recruitment and selection process for a partner company, specialized in the import, processing and distribution of raw materials for various industries, for the the following position:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SALES REPRESENTATIVE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Possible location \u2013 MURES\/SIBIU<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Role:<\/u><\/strong> Responsible for management of the B2B customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales, customer retention and satisfaction and new business development in the regional allocated market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops new customers in a manner that will achieve short and long-term, profitable growth of the business in the regional market;<\/li>\n<li>Identify new prospects and communicates new product opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and increase the market regarding company\u2019s portfolio;<\/li>\n<li>Identify B2B clients from the company\u2019s specified areas;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients;<\/li>\n<li>Implement marketing actions, brand and image components, according to the marketing strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Build strong external networks and make the company known as a leader in the field;<\/li>\n<li>Determine price schedules and discount rates according to the company policy, with strong collaboration with the Branch Manager and National Sales Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plan, in the targeted market;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain permanent contact with the customers, daily report activities in CRM type tool;<\/li>\n<li>Regularly report sales results, as well as peek up to date on sales and other strategic changes that effecting the sales process;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales and marketing effort with other departments of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and give timely feedback on competition, new product model or trends existing in the market;<\/li>\n<li>On a weekly basis visit end users and distributors and actively participate in events for clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 3 years relevant working experience in B2B sales position role or related positions with resulted track record;<\/li>\n<li>Good experience with sales to end customers, B2B type customers;
