Location: Bucharest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of electronics for the following position:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>SALES DIRECTOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location \u2013 Bucharest<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong> Ensure profitable growth of the company sales in accordance with strategic goals of the company building mutual profitable business with Key Accounts to satisfy customer&#8217;s requirements and consumer&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking into account the Subsidiary Business Plan, market trends, define the sales strategic Plan;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the yearly\/monthly sales budget;<\/li>\n<li>Develop the annual sales plans for the Key clients and individual large important customers;<\/li>\n<li>Plan and develop the Key clients projects;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting on Trade Spend position each month; monitor progress of Revenue Management (Gross to Net);<\/li>\n<li>Provide the monthly rolling forecast (by quantities and revenues);<\/li>\n<li>Implement the Group commercial Policy within the Country;<\/li>\n<li>Define, together with Marketing and Partners the yearly Promotional Plan;<\/li>\n<li>Carefully assess the Sales organization in term of competences and skills;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the fulfillment of the contract terms by key clients;<\/li>\n<li>Sales monitoring and analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a business\/marketing or related discipline is required \u2013 MBA is a plus;<\/li>\n<li>+ 8\u00a0years of\u00a0relevant experience required, Sales and Account Management, for global brands active in Romanian market;<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading a sales team to reach strategic results;<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills, sales and team management skills, key account management skills, negotiation skills, the ability to see the general picture, developed understanding of the business;<\/li>\n<li>Proactivity, dynamics, responsibility, leadership skills, the ability to work under the pressure and meet deadlines, result orientation;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP, and reporting tools;<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a local sales and cross-functional resource for key strategic account;<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary stakeholder;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and proactive thinking to develop sales strategies and translate them into distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising achievements to close gaps and increase sales;<\/li>\n<li>Strong data analytic skills to monitor, track and proactively address customer performance with respect to volume, and distribution, report, and track accounts as a contribution to the overall sales results;<\/li>\n<li>Effective story telling competencies to present key insights in front of internal and external stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Growth mindset and desire to build a successful career with a growing global company;<\/li>\n<li>Management presentation competencies to effectively present key category insights in front of internal and external stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing a team to deliver results;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced written, oral and presentation skills in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of electronics for the following position: &nbsp;
