Also, it has a vision to ensure the organization meets its short-term and long-term objectives. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;<\/li>\n<li>Establish policies that promote company culture and vision;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Internal IT, Business Units, HR &amp; Admin);<\/li>\n<li>Measuring effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes;<\/li>\n<li>Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change;<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Write and submit reports to the CEO\/CFO in all matters of importance;<\/li>\n<li>Assist CEO in fundraising ventures;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in expansion activities (Due diligence, acquisitions);<\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with clients\/vendors;<\/li>\n<li>Works with the C-level and directors in order to coordinate planning and establish priorities achieving strategic goals;<\/li>\n<li>Acts as a strategic business partner for CFO and CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 3 years experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable competence in strategic planning and business development;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in spoken and written English;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of data analysis and performance\/operation metrics;<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities;<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;<\/li>\n<li>BSc\/BA in Business Administration or relevant field (MSc\/MBA \u2013 represents an advantage).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner known for their software and wireless solutions. &nbsp; CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Location: Cluj County Role: A key member of the Senior Management Team that is responsible to maintain the control of diverse business operations, to be an experienced and efficient leader.
