{"id":18519,"date":"2022-09-01T18:00:13","date_gmt":"2022-09-01T15:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/uncategorized\/marketing-specialist-location-cluj-napoca\/"},"modified":"2022-09-01T18:00:13","modified_gmt":"2022-09-01T15:00:13","slug":"marketing-specialist-location-cluj-napoca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/en\/jobs\/marketing-specialist-location-cluj-napoca\/","title":{"rendered":"MARKETING SPECIALIST- Location: Cluj-Napoca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a>\u00a0performs the recruitment process for a partner which is activating in FMCG industry:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MARKETING SPECIALIST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location: Cluj-Napoca<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Role:<\/u><\/strong> completing the marketing team with the purpose of implementing and analyzing marketing projects according to the marketing plan and the established objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of marketing campaigns (online and offline) and their analysis (conversion rates, traffic, potential customers, budgets, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Helps to realize the marketing plan, marketing campaigns and strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the relationship with customers, suppliers, and collaborators in order to obtain the necessary materials for the implementation of marketing campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor campaigns to fit into the allocated budgets;<\/li>\n<li>Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing the collected data;<\/li>\n<li>Make articles with relevant keyword-based content on the blog;<\/li>\n<li>Make posts on social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) according to a posting plan established at the level of the department;<\/li>\n<li>Contributes and maintains the connection with the partners in order to obtain the necessary materials for making the posts (graphics, design, photo, video);<\/li>\n<li>Branding \u2013 contributes and supports the branding team (making new products, labeling, and packaging products);<\/li>\n<li>Update the company&#8217;s presentation, the products in an attractive, clear, and explicit manner, adapted to the communication channel and the target audience;<\/li>\n<li>Identify new distribution channels for products;<\/li>\n<li>Identify new possibilities of promotion and publicity of the products and of the company, of the company&#8217;s image;<\/li>\n<li>Organize events, fairs, product launches;<\/li>\n<li>Update the information on the company&#8217;s website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 3 years relevant working experience in marketing department or related fields (product launches, organize events, BTL campaigns is an advantage);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in FMCG industries is a preference;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing or related fields, or other relevant field experience;<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and networking skills (internal and external);<\/li>\n<li>Conversational level in English;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive attitude oriented towards achieving objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and creative thinking \u2013 always focusing on innovative, but measurable solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal, and multi-media;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs or other relevant programs;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of administrative accounts of social media, e-mail marketing, ads;<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of SEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n<div class=\"social-box\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect\u00a0performs the recruitment process for a partner which is activating in FMCG industry: &nbsp;
