Location &#8211; Romania"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> is recruiting for a partner company known for their premium industrial consumable products <\/strong><strong>for the following position:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TERRITORY SALES MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Possible Location: CJ\/AB\/ BH\/ BN\/ HR\/ MM\/ MS\/ SJ\/ SM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong> responsible for management of the B2B customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales, customer retention and satisfaction and new business development in the regional allocated market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Develops new customers in a manner that will achieve short and long-term, profitable growth of the business in the regional market, the Territory Sales Manager has a role model and actively drive the company\u2019s Business plan;<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify new prospects and communicates new product opportunities;<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze the market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;<br \/>\n\u2022 Define ambitious and realistic sales targets and distribute these targets and\/or sales platform targets;<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and increase the market regarding company\u2019s portfolio;<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify B2B clients from the company\u2019s specified areas;<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients;<br \/>\n\u2022 Implement marketing actions, brand and image components, according to the marketing strategy;<br \/>\n\u2022 Build strong external networks and make the company known as a leader in the field;<br \/>\n\u2022 Determine price schedules and discount rates according to the company policy, with strong collaboration with the Country Sales Manager;<br \/>\n\u2022 Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plan, in the targeted market;<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain permanent contact with the customers, daily report activities in CRM;<br \/>\n\u2022 Regularly report sales results, as well as peek up to date on sales and other strategic changes that effecting the sales process;<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate sales and marketing effort with other departments of the company;<br \/>\n\u2022 Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability;<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and give timely feedback on competition, new product model or trends existing in the market;<br \/>\n\u2022 On a weekly basis visit end users and distributors and actively participate in events for clients;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 + 3 years relevant working experience in B2B sales position role or related positions<br \/>\nwith resulted track record (PPE or safety\/industrial field will be a plus);<br \/>\n\u2022 Good experience with sales to end customers, industrial type customers;<br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in related fields, or relevant field experience;<br \/>\n\u2022 Upper intermediate in English;<br \/>\n\u2022 Deep analytical capability and ability to apply strategic thinking to business development actions;<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals;<br \/>\n\u2022 Time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances;<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs or other relevant programs \u2013 CRM;<br \/>\n\u2022 Positive result driven and hands-on attitude.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect is recruiting for a partner company known for their premium industrial consumable products for the following position: &nbsp;
