The Branch Manager ensures the customer satisfaction and the operation of the Center, through a practical, efficient approach with results in increasing productivity and achieving sales objectives.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops business partnerships for the sale of cars, trucks, AfterSales services and car parts;<\/li>\n<li>Oversees and manages all aspects of the business such as Sales, Financial, Customer Service, Car Service, Marketing \/ PR \/ events, Human Resources, optimization of goods inventory management segments;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the activity of the staff, offers support, guidance and motivation, in order to achieve the objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Implements strategies, sales plans, develops customer relationships (B2B, individuals and legal entities);<\/li>\n<li>Ensures the generation of sales and the achievement of sales objectives;<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes financial objectives, business plans, financial forecasts, the business environment, market potential;<\/li>\n<li>Makes predictions, monitors the evolution, identifies the preferences and needs of the clients in order to determine the concentration of the sales efforts &#8211; monitors the activity of the competition (prices, services);<\/li>\n<li>Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance;<\/li>\n<li>Establish long-range objectives, specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them;<\/li>\n<li>Manage, solves clients&#8217; requests and meet their needs, together with the team;<\/li>\n<li>Shares experience, efficient practices, and opportunities with other branches;<\/li>\n<li>Exercises an appropriate level of leadership for the organization, manages the culture and builds a team atmosphere;<\/li>\n<li>Identifies, implements improvement actions that respond to challenges and supports development opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 3 years relevant working experience with team coordination;<\/li>\n<li>Significant working experience in direct sales;<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in affiliate management or a similar role \u2013 nice to have;<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge in sales, marketing, management;<\/li>\n<li>Specialized knowledge in automotive industry;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationships skills;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced level of English;<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity;<\/li>\n<li>Positive result driven and hands on attitude;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>Impeccable communication and organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>MS Office suite knowledge;<\/li>\n<li>Driving license (B category);<\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect \u00a0is recruiting for a group of companies, specialized in offering services and products in automotive field,\u00a0 for the following position &nbsp; Branch Manager Location- Oradea Role: As a Branch Manager, you will develop and attain sales objectives, while managing the staff and encouraging a positive work environment.
