PPD & MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role<\/strong>: Lead the site PPD and Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. Responsible for planned to schedule creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Contribute to the implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, engineering processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance according to the business needs;
\n\u2022 Contribute to new projects transfer, review and communicate the impact on PPD and Maintenance activities;
\n\u2022 Effectively delegate any maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works;
\n\u2022 Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site;
\n\u2022 Assign and coordinate the tasks related to the introduction of new processes\/projects within the site;
\n\u2022 Leads, tracks, follows up and monitors project activities to ensure alignment with expectations and agreed-upon timeline;
\n\u2022 Oversee planning, execution and closure of all Engineering\/Feasibility\/Optimization phase activities;
\n\u2022 Provides support as needed to Technical and Production during the PreValidation\/Validation\/Stability phase, including review of process validation documents;
\n\u2022 Overall support to all company functions as needed during the course of the project;
\n\u2022 Provides support as needed to potential and existing clients\/internal clients until time of the production transfer to the new location;
\n\u2022 Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
\n\u2022 Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties\/vendors;
\n\u2022 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
\n\u2022 Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively;
\n\u2022 Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime;
\n\u2022 Manage the team to ensure machine availability, reactively managing dysfunctional machinery with the Shift management;
\n\u2022 Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken;
\n\u2022 Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support\/solutions when required;
\n\u2022 Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure;
\n\u2022 Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, plant and equipment from drawing up the specification, to managing suppliers through to full installation in collaboration with all relevant parties;
\n\u2022 Attend various meetings and action\/communicate instructions;
\n\u2022 Produce written reports and make presentations to the management team;
\n\u2022 Undertake continuous training and development for him and his team;
\n\u2022 Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems in team with production coordinator;
\n\u2022 Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them;
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance;
\n\u2022 Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 3-5 years relevant working experience in engineering roles with a very strong
\nleadership component;
\n\u2022 Extensive plant level experience with significant proven management experience;
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Technical field;
\n\u2022 Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
\n\u2022 Working knowledge in mechanical\/ electrical\/ electronic discipline;
\n\u2022 Understanding of manufacturing and procurement\/supply chain;
\n\u2022 Good SAP Systems knowledge, MS Office package;
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership and management skills;
\n\u2022 Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members;
\n\u2022 Support encourage and develop team and take ownership for team;
\n\u2022 Positive result driven and hands on attitude.<\/p>\n
