QUALITY COORDINATOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location- Satu Mare<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong> Provide the coordination role on quality assurance processes and oversee continued compliance and embedding across the business. Manage the audit program as well as supplier development and improvement and play a key role in ensuring project deliveries. Work proactively with his team and the Quality Manager, to maintain a program of continual improvement within their areas of responsibility. Lead a \u2018correct at source\u2019 and problem-solving methodology (Lean). Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 In charge of proactive Quality Assurance activities aimed to prevent the manufacturing of non-conforming products and to achieve product quality;
\n\u2022 Act as a catalyst for improvement the processes in the company in order to fabricate qualitative products in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and cost optimization;
\n\u2022 Management representative for Quality Management System; determine, agree on, oversee internal procedures, standards and specifications with regards and impact on QMS and Quality Policy and Environmental requests;
\n\u2022 Involve and offer support in process structuring and process documentation for all departments, as means to maintain and improve quality management system;
\n\u2022 Establish and monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
\n\u2022 Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside suppliers and customers;
\n\u2022 Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures;
\n\u2022 Collect and analyze production samples to evaluate quality;
\n\u2022 Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff;
\n\u2022 Active participation with the other stakeholders in problems analyses, data interpretation, identify solutions and follow up decided measures;
\n\u2022 Stop production if serious product defects are present;
\n\u2022 Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, and quality trends;
\n\u2022 Participate in the development of product specifications;
\n\u2022 Oversee workers including supervisors and workers engaged in testing activities;
\n\u2022 Document testing procedures, methodologies, and criteria;
\n\u2022 Review and update standard operating procedures or quality assurance manuals;
\n\u2022 Identify quality problems or areas for improvement and recommend solutions;
\n\u2022 Direct the tracking of defects, test results and other regularly reported quality control data;
\n\u2022 Evaluate new testing and sampling methodologies or technologies to determine usefulness.
\n\u2022 Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles;
\n\u2022 Instruct vendors and contractors on quality guidelines, testing procedures and ways to eliminate deficiencies.<\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 + 3 years relevant working experience in quality role with a strong leadership component
\n\u2022 Extensive production level experience with significant proven management experience
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Technical field;
\n\u2022 Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of production processes, working procedures and instructions for the QA activity, quality control, and environmental policies;
\n\u2022 Ability to analyze and syntesize knowledge related to quality management;
\n\u2022 Wide understanding of the standards associated with quality, environment and auditing;
\n\u2022 Good ERP Systems knowledge, MS Office package
\n\u2022 Ability to consider alternative solutions;
\n\u2022 Communication skills, ability to lead and inspire people.
\n\u2022 Support encourage and develop team and take ownership for team
\n\u2022 Positive result driven and hands on attitude;
\n\u2022 Good organizational and time-management skills.<\/p>\n
