HR RECRUITER<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role<\/strong>: The HR Recruiter will execute recruiting strategies and complete full-life cycle recruiting tasks. The HR Recruiter represents the organization to applicants, onboarding employees, community recruiting sources, and internal hiring teams. The HR Recruiter will lead all aspects of recruiting within the organization.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct the recruitment process for the assigned positions: drafting and posting job ads, sourcing and screening of applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, and maintaining professional contact with everyone involved in the recruitment process, namely hiring managers and candidates;
\n\u2022 Provides strategic HR support, identifies recruiting needs and builds relevant candidate pipelines in order to meet future demands and accelerate business;
\n\u2022 Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates for both professional and culture fit and advise the business in making the right hiring decisions;
\n\u2022 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process;
\n\u2022 Stay updated on latest recruiting and industry trends to continuously evolve candidate pipeline and service levels;
\n\u2022 Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;
\n\u2022 Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements;
\n\u2022 Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensations, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
\n\u2022 Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate;
\n\u2022 Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures;
\n\u2022 Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications;
\n\u2022 Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed;
\n\u2022 Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staff needs;
\n\u2022 Stay up to date with trends and technology for candidate sourcing.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 + 2 years relevant working experience in recruiting, from blue collar to white collar open positions
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant fields;
\n\u2022 Conversational level in Romanian, Hungarian and in English;
\n\u2022 Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques;
\n\u2022 Desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes;
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, \u2018can do\u2019 attitude;
\n\u2022 Ability to think analytically, so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization;
\n\u2022 Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills;
\n\u2022 Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;
\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
\n\u2022 MS Office suite, ERP type tools \u2013 HR module, Social Media platform knowledge.<\/p>\n
