EMPLOYEE RELATION SPECIALIST<\/strong>
\nLocation- Satu Mare<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong> The Employee Relation Specialist supports the Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Close contact with the company Romanian HQ \u2013 HR Department \u2013 in order to align all the processes of the new location with the local subsidiary.
\n\u2022 HR personnel administration: Hiring process, Contractual changes, Drafting job descriptions, Maternity decisions & documents, Termination process;
\n\u2022 Maintenance and update of employee data (hires, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, and other absence etc.), ensuring the confidentiality of personal employee information;
\n\u2022 Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;
\n\u2022 Register work contracts, addendums, and terminations into Revisal;
\n\u2022 Read through contracts, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure comprehension and compliance;
\n\u2022 Payroll administration: reporting of work time data to the external payroll company and coordination of employee communication related to payroll matters;
\n\u2022 Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of HR related date;
\n\u2022 Legal guidance to managers and employees: advice on labor law and documents;
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with local labor law;
\n\u2022 Employee Data Management in HR System for ensuring data privacy, accuracy and integrity and confidentiality;
\n\u2022 Policy \/ procedure updates from HR admin area; Support disciplinary process with the creation of documents;
\n\u2022 Process improvement projects on HR admin area.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 + 2 years relevant working experience as an HR Admin\/ Employee Relationship Specialist;
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant fields;
\n\u2022 Conversational level in Romanian, Hungarian & English;
\n\u2022 Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, \u2018can do\u2019 attitude;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of administrative and office procedures such as managing files and records, designing forms, and workplace terminology;
\n\u2022 Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;
\n\u2022 Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;
\n\u2022 MS Office suite, ERP type tools- HR modules, Social Media platform knowledge;
\n\u2022 Impeccable communication and organizational skills;
\n\u2022 Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
\n\u2022 Aware of RO employment legislation, including Revisal and related issues;
\n\u2022 Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.<\/p>\n
