As a key member of the management team, the Head of Finance will report to the Group CFO and CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team;<\/li>\n<li>Providing strategic recommendations to the local GM and members of the executive management team;<\/li>\n<li>Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Advising on long-term business and financial planning;<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and direct strategic business plans;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Manage financial controls and accounting procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company;<\/li>\n<li>Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs;<\/li>\n<li>Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained;<\/li>\n<li>Develop financial and tax strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all transactions and processing systems;<\/li>\n<li>Implement operational best practices;<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Support the local GM with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements auditors and government agencies;<\/li>\n<li>Report risk issues to the audit committee of the Group;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 5 years experience as Head of Finance or relevant Financial Leadership Role;<\/li>\n<li>Strong background and knowledge of business roles in private companies;<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English; German knowledge is a big advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP type tools and financial; reporting software, SAP knowledge is highly valuable, as experienced user;<\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect\u00a0is recruiting for a multinational partner company, specialized in production\u00a0 for the following position: HEAD OF FINANCE Location &#8211; Sibiu \u00a0 Role: \u00a0of a Head of Finance will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, and Group relationship.
