{"id":18544,"date":"2022-01-10T15:00:48","date_gmt":"2022-01-10T13:00:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/uncategorized\/recruiter-location-cluj-napoca\/"},"modified":"2022-01-10T15:00:48","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T13:00:48","slug":"recruiter-location-cluj-napoca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/en\/jobs\/recruiter-location-cluj-napoca\/","title":{"rendered":"RECRUITER \u2013 Location: Cluj-Napoca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are expanding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/248147\/\">our team<\/a> and we are looking to find a hands-on and proactive colleague for the role:<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0RECRUITER<\/h2>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Location: Cluj-Napoca<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a contributor to the HR team and offer help and support in defining, refining, and continuous improvement on different HR processes;<\/li>\n<li>Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience;<\/li>\n<li>Working with managers to design job descriptions and competencies required;<\/li>\n<li>Source candidates &amp; build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.;<\/li>\n<li>Making advanced search on different top and middle management roles;<\/li>\n<li>Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting the recruitment projects on social media;<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and sustaining interviews;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborating candidate profile reports for our clients;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the relationship with the candidates;<\/li>\n<li>Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Contact candidates to inform them of the status of their applications and provide feedback;<\/li>\n<li>Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness;<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSC in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant degree;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in volunteer programs or HR internships;<\/li>\n<li>1 year of proven work experience as a Recruiter will be a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and project simultaneously;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, in both Romanian and English (verbal and written);<\/li>\n<li>Desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting processes;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize and handle own workload with a proactive, \u2018can do\u2019 attitude;<\/li>\n<li>Proactive problem solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>MS Office suite, Social Media platform knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00741 158 158<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are expanding our team and we are looking to find a hands-on and proactive colleague for the role: \u00a0RECRUITER Location: Cluj-Napoca &nbsp;
