The HRBP is responsible for leading, implementing and delivering HR initiatives, with high impact in people and organizational development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build credibility with leaders by providing insight and guidance on HR;<\/li>\n<li>Design and leverage integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce, enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent;<\/li>\n<li>Improve the onboarding process for all employees\u2019 categories;<\/li>\n<li>Understand the overall organizational structure to manage and facilitate the organizational design and development, leadership coaching and team building that support change and growth;<\/li>\n<li>Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs;<\/li>\n<li>Execute on talent management strategies to support a team\u2019s growth and individual development plans;<\/li>\n<li>Partner with leaders on organization design and team dynamics;<\/li>\n<li>Manage different people development programs, HR initiatives or projects;<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trend changes in all aspects of HR.
