{"id":18556,"date":"2021-09-22T14:37:53","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T11:37:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/uncategorized\/molding-design-engineer-location-cluj-county\/"},"modified":"2021-09-22T14:37:53","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T11:37:53","slug":"molding-design-engineer-location-cluj-county","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/en\/jobs\/molding-design-engineer-location-cluj-county\/","title":{"rendered":"MOLDING DESIGN ENGINEER &#8211; Location: Cluj County"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a>\u00a0performs the Recruitment Process for a multinational partner company, specialized in electronics production for the following position:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>MOLDING DESIGN ENGINEER <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Location \u2013 Cluj County<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role:<\/strong> Molding Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and execution of plastic injection molds, develop new molds, new molding processes and design engineering changes on existing molds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mold concept development, mold design review, mold design approval, tool trial, tool trial reports;<\/li>\n<li>Initiation of debug activities that relate to new tool qualifications;<\/li>\n<li>Designing engineering changes on existing molds;<\/li>\n<li>Defined the new molds requirement according with the plastic material, forecast, and plastic part geometry;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with R&amp;D department to find the best solution to design plastic parts;<\/li>\n<li>New product introduction, mold tool trials (choose the proper injection machine, setup of\u00a0molding\u00a0injection parameters, design of EOAT and robot programming) to production mode tool trial reports (conclusions and recommendations);<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of mold and process documentation (process sheet parameters, work instructions in terms of setting the mold on IMM, robot and gripper handling, purging and color change guidelines);<\/li>\n<li>Cycle optimization and maintain favorable trends in process and product quality for the plant;<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and conducting mold optimization trials and validations;<\/li>\n<li>Fault finding and problem solving of development and production processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three to five plus years of experience in a similar position in the field of plastics injection;<\/li>\n<li>Technical University degree;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in CAD mold design software;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify issues and propose solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;<\/li>\n<li>Positive result driven and hands on attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect\u00a0performs the Recruitment Process for a multinational partner company, specialized in electronics production for the following position: &nbsp; MOLDING DESIGN ENGINEER Location \u2013 Cluj County &nbsp; Role: Molding Design Engineer will be responsible for the design and execution of plastic injection molds, develop new molds, new molding processes and design engineering changes on existing molds.
