BUSINESS & SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE<\/h2>\n

LOCATION: Bihor<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role<\/strong>: The Business & Sales Development Representative plans, directs and coordinates the governance activities of commercial services to increase the value added for the customer.<\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts;
\n\u2022 Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company;
\n\u2022 Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business;
\n\u2022 Maintain records of customer details \/ sales visits;
\n\u2022 Provide quotes for current and prospective clients;
\n\u2022 Identify potential customers and register opportunities in the allocated area from Romania;
\n\u2022 Regularly visit existing accounts validating the service levels and develop new revenue streams;
\n\u2022 Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given;
\n\u2022 Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner;
\n\u2022 Support customer service and work closely with Operations on the execution of customer service contracts;
\n\u2022 Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly \/ monthly sales meetings;
\n\u2022 Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions;
\n\u2022 Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed;
\n\u2022 Collect information from the competition environment;
\n\u2022 Represent the company on the market and to promote the company\u2019s image by adopting a professional attitude that reflects the company\u2019s values;
\n\u2022 Prepare periodic reports and analyzes regarding the sales process: prospecting, offering and contracting services;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business\/economics\/engineering or related discipline;
\n\u2022 + 3 years\u2019 experience in sales and business development positions;
\n\u2022 Background in services sales positions is preferred;
\n\u2022 Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships;
\n\u2022 Conversational in English;
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer-oriented skills;
\n\u2022 Ability to work both independently and within a team;
\n\u2022 Extremely organized and detail oriented;
\n\u2022 Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills;
\n\u2022 A passion for the customer experience; proven excellence in customer service;
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills \u2013 MS Office, CRM and ERP type of tools.<\/p>\n
