Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing presales technical support and assistance \/ advice to the sales team as well to the client and partners; build a strong business network with the aim to increase sales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the quotations and design solutions to support the sales team activity;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and perform technical presentations as well as analysis of customer technical requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Build a strong business network with stakeholders from the sector;<\/li>\n<li>Visit the construction sites to seek for business opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Technical support on construction sites to installers;<\/li>\n<li>Be part of cross function projects;<\/li>\n<li>Keep-updates with the companies\u2019 products and services;<\/li>\n<li>Deliver product trainings for internal purpose and external partners;<\/li>\n<li>Join Marketing events to meet installers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+3 years\u2019 previous work experiences in sales \/ pre-sales \/ customer service support for sectors like heating and water heating, energy renewable products, pumps, HVAC, automation solutions;<\/li>\n<li>University Technical degree, preferable Civil Constructions Engineering \/ Installation;<\/li>\n<li>Very good technical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Good planning, organization and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Team-player;<\/li>\n<li>English knowledge at conversational level;<\/li>\n<li>Abilities to deliver trainings;<\/li>\n<li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power point and Excel;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AutoCAD \/ drawing packages is a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Accountability, forward thinking, customer focus, problem solving and goal orientation, interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect\u00a0performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in commercializing heating solutions, for the following position: &nbsp;
