Location: Serbia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\">Psihoselect<\/a> performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>REGIONAL <\/strong><strong>SALES MANAGER <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Location: SERBIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role: <\/strong>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for management of the FMGC customers and B2B customer portfolio, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales, customer retention and satisfaction and new business development in the Serbian Market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Develops new customers in a manner that will achieve short and long-term, profitable growth of the business in the Serbian Market;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Identify new prospects and communicates new product opportunities to distributors, FMCG type customers but also B2B;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Analyze the market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Develop and increase the market regarding company\u2019s portfolio;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Identify new customers in the specified areas and develops the market for the specific products according to the company strategy;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Negotiate and close contracts with all the customers;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Implement marketing actions, brand and image components according to the company strategy;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Determine price schedules and discount rates according to the company policy, with strong collaboration with the Development Manager;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plan, in the targeted Serbian market;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Review sales reports in order to manage work activity and relationship with production roles from the company;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintain permanent contact with the customers;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Coordinate sales and marketing effort with other departments of the company logistics, production, financial.;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Monitor and give timely feedback on competition, new product model or trends existing in the market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 + 3 years relevant working experience in similar sales position;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Demonstrated and success experience in sales positions in FMCG field;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in related fields;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Fluent in Serbian and English, both orally and in writing;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Deep analytical capability and ability to apply strategic thinking to business development actions;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant programs \u2013 CRM, ERP type programs;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Positive result driven and hands-on attitude.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/company\/psihoselect\"><strong>For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Psihoselect Team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>E-mail:\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:recrutare@psihoselect.ro\">recrutare@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile:<\/strong>\u00a00746 188 012<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Location: SERBIA &nbsp;
