BDR helps the organisation become successful rely upon in-depth knowledge of business to allow enterprises to grow.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Prospect, qualify, and develop targeted B2B accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes target market penetration, trade show attendance, following up on marketing generated leads, webinar and event follow-up, and creative campaign;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Disseminate opportunities to appropriate decision level, educating as necessary about the opportunity;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Effectively handle and overcome prospect objections with confidence;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in CRM tool to ensure efficient lead management;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generating targets to ensure territory revenue objectives and pipeline linearity;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and culture;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Develops adaptable solutions with the team members from financial and operational departments;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Regularly visit existing accounts validating the service levels and develop new revenue streams;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Prepare periodic reports and analyzes regarding the sales process: prospecting, offering and contracting services;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 + 3 years\u2019 experience in sales and business development positions;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Background in services sales positions;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Self-starter with a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business\/economics or related discipline;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to handle ecosystem relationship management to achieve joint goals;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Consistent track record of achieving measurable inside sales goals in a sales environment;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Conversational in English;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing, and presentation skills;<br \/>\n\u00b7 The highest level of integrity;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Loves to read, focus on personal development, respectful attitude towards environment;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS Office, CRM);<br \/>\n\u00b7 Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer-oriented skills;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Ability to work both independently and within a team;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Extremely organized and detail oriented;<br \/>\n\u00b7 Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision- making skills;<br \/>\n\u00b7 A passion for the customer experience;
