CONTROLLING MANAGER<\/h4>\n

Location \u2013 Mures County<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong> Leads the entire control team, overseeing all activities. The Controlling Manager plays an important role in the business by controlling the finance department for the purpose of developing efficiency with a view of optimizing the business\u2019s profitability. He ensures that all financial activities, records, and indicators in the business accurately represent the business\u2019s financial state of affairs.<\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible for providing reports on the performance of the sites, getting involved in defining action plans;
\n\u2022 Acting as member of the management committee;
\n\u2022 Coordinating the controlling team (3 persons);
\n\u2022 Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed;
\n\u2022 Analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations;
\n\u2022 Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts when needed;
\n\u2022 Prepare reports and recommended solutions to questionable financial conditions;
\n\u2022 Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data;
\n\u2022 Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, according to the projects they are allocated;
\n\u2022 Provide direction and assistance regarding accounting and budgeting policies and procedures and efficient control and utilization of financial resources;
\n\u2022 Monitoring product profitability;
\n\u2022 Supervise the overall internal reporting, analyzing the costs and relevant indicators;
\n\u2022 Performs financial analysis and other activities to support the development of financial business plans, budgets and forecasts for medium to long term periods within a complex and \/ or high-risk business area;
\n\u2022 Monitors financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met;
\n\u2022 Monitor investment and ROI requests;
\n\u2022 Provide support to the management team on overall performance (commercial, industrial, fixed costs, etc.);
\n\u2022 Involved in defining, implementing, and monitoring projects and action plans;
\n\u2022 Prepares the annual budget, revisions, business, and strategic plans;
\n\u2022 Participates in the elaborations of business and strategic plans of various business development projects;
\n\u2022 Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advise management on actions regarding the costs;
\n\u2022 Supporting the sales department in achieving its objectives;
\n\u2022 Provide assistance in the development of pricing policy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in finance\/ economics or related discipline;
\n\u2022 +5 years of experience in a similar controlling\/business analyst position;
\n\u2022 +3 years of experience in management roles, within an industrial\/production environment;
\n\u2022 Demonstrated and proven experience as head of controlling department for multiple sites;
\n\u2022 Proficiency in English, French represents an advantage;
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Navision program is a plus;
\n\u2022 Excellent leadership and management skills;
\n\u2022 Positive result driven and hands-on attitude;
\n\u2022 Excellent organizational & analytical skills.<\/p>\n
