Role:<\/strong> The Budgeting & Controlling Expert will extract, consolidate, and validate financial data for budgeting purposes. Prepare budget variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management. Assist in the preparation of timely monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles. Budgeting & Controlling Expert is an active role in business, a key person for a data driven management decision.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u2022 Preparation of annual budget and subsequent reforecasts; <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u2022 + 5 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting\/ budgeting\/ financial management and accounting\/ financial planning\/management reporting, with at least 2 years in a Senior role; <\/p>\n For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\nEssential Functions:<\/h4>\n
\n\u2022 Preparation of multiannual business plans;
\n\u2022 Preparation of accurate monthly financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and Group requirements. Ensure timely submission of all financial reports;
\n\u2022 Monitoring of actual versus budgeted revenues and costs, analyze the deviations and report to management;
\n\u2022 Timely allocation of indirect costs on ongoing projects in order to prepare monthly reports;
\n\u2022 Maintaining contact with the internal execution and support teams to ensure the accuracy of the financial aspects of the company’s projects;
\n\u2022 Preparation of consolidated financial analysis of the company’s ongoing projects \u2022 Preparation of the budget per project, monitoring and updating of monthly forecasts for projects allocated;
\n\u2022 Preparation of monthly\/periodic reports to the Group\/shareholders;
\n\u2022 Preparation of detailed cash flow planning (horizon 8-10 weeks);
\n\u2022 Preparation of reports on payment obligations to suppliers;
\n\u2022 Periodic analysis of receivables and debts aging;
\n\u2022 Support in the preparation of the information and documentation required in relation with banks;
\n\u2022 Calculation of monthly revenues from production in progress;
\n\u2022 Preparation of presentations for the meetings of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board (financial component);
\n\u2022 Support in the preparation of statistical reports requested by third parties\/public authorities (occasionally);
\n\u2022 Other reports necessary for accurate management decisions, provide recommendations to enhance profitability and financial performance;
\n\u2022 Share his\/her knowledge with non-financial managers in order to ease their understanding of financial principles and practices;<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/h4>\n
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of project-based budgeting (ex.construction, energy, real estate etc.);
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance or related field. A master\u2019s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage;
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of financial reporting standards;
\n\u2022 Good understanding of data driven management companies \u2013 data driven decisions;
\n\u2022 Good understanding of tax planning, compliance, and auditing practices;
\n\u2022 Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting;
\n\u2022 Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills;
\n\u2022 Fluent in English;
\n\u2022 Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
\n\u2022 High standards of excellence and integrity;
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
