MARKETING DIRECTOR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>LOCATION: MURE\u0218 COUNTY\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong>: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Sales &amp; Marketing Director, a high-end professional with strong leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset, who thrives on driving growth, optimizing performance, and using the commercial strategy to achieve ambitious business goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement short and long-term commercial strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share across multiple regions and distribution channels;<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for business development in national and regional markets, including B2B partnerships (e.g., real estate developers, architects, horeca, office clients) and premium retail;<\/li>\n<li>Define and enforce the national commercial sales policy for direct clients, dealers, and furniture retailers, aligning pricing, terms, and margin strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Handle strategic key accounts and large-scale custom projects;<\/li>\n<li>Lead the negotiation and ongoing management of commercial contracts with major clients, retail networks, and project-based partners;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise sales activity of Regional Sales Managers, field sales agents, and ensure strong sales strategies tactics tailored to each territory;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the development and execution of national marketing campaigns to promote collections, showroom launches, and project-based solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Guide the marketing specialist in content creation, digital marketing, trade show presence, and local promotional activities, ensuring alignment with sales priorities and brand identity;<\/li>\n<li>Expand brand visibility and product positioning through partnerships;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the commercial budget and monitor performance indicators, ensuring profitability, cost control, and return on marketing investments;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure product and brand consistency.<\/li>\n<li>Promote efficient internal processes and best practices across sales administration, client communication, and lead conversion;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>+ 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience with multi-regional or national market coverage, combined with proven expertise in marketing strategy development and execution;<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in industries such as construction materials (including electrical and accessories), manufacturing, PVC sales, wood products, MDF\/PAL panels, or OEM products integrated into final solutions;<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, key account management, and complex contract negotiations;<\/li>\n<li>Solid marketing understanding, with experience in coordinating campaigns and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals;<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem solving and business development;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent spoken and written English;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\">For more information:<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ph-d-claudia-indreica-4b95a348\/\">Raluca Dumitru<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Talent Acquisition<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">0741 158 158<\/span><\/p>\n<p>raluca.dumitru@psihoselect.ro<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in the production field for the position of: &nbsp;
