The role also involves fostering and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and project management across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will work closely with the companies&#8217; shareholders, having full responsibility for profitability, strategic development and operational efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and support new business growth;<\/li>\n<li>Manages pipeline proactively, recognizing customers&#8217; stage in the decision cycle, maintains appropriate level of new opportunities;<\/li>\n<li>Expand geographical coverage through new channel relationships and customers;<\/li>\n<li>Supports the growth of the company having a full engagement also customer development actions \u00een order to increase the resales process;<\/li>\n<li>Taking part in risk assessments during the sales process for offers;<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate the following functions: Production workshops, Maintenance, Programming&amp; Supply Chain and HR;<\/li>\n<li>Lead, manage and develop employees on his subordination;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the fulfilment of all customer demand within market expected lead time, quality and appropriate total cost;<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for the timely delivery of products sold and designed at best costs and with high and agreed upon quality;<\/li>\n<li>Promote a customer centric mindset to support the sales increase to ensure the EBIT margin targets are met;<\/li>\n<li>Follow up and report KPI and action plans for all operations activities and projects;<\/li>\n<li>Comply with legal rules of Environment, Health and Safety;<\/li>\n<li>Participate, read and sign \u201cCCM\u201d and \u201cROI\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Promote a professional project management culture;<\/li>\n<li>Develop and support the implementation of more efficient technical, organizational procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Will manage the annual budget, investment plan and support regulated performance reporting to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience as an Executive in Sales Operations Management preferably in a production environment with relevant experience and skills in establishing and reorganizing an operation unit;<\/li>\n<li>+ 7 years\u2019 experience in sales operations in B2B type customers, technical\/mechanical knowledge represents highly advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in technical or economics or related fields;<\/li>\n<li>Solid business and technical acumen, with customer-orientation and entrepreneurial spirit;<\/li>\n<li>Background in manufacturing and assembly firms, ideally small to medium-sized, is highly desired;<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate fluently in Romanian and English verbally and in writing is essential;<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on and assertive team-player, with results-oriented and cost-conscious management style;<\/li>\n<li>Focused on results and execution-oriented person;<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize;<\/li>\n<li>Some experience in the application of ERP \u2013 based methods needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/joburi\/\"><strong data-sider-select-id=\"155e6d49-f173-4dd8-b1c8-f20bbdeb304c\">For more information:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psihoselect.ro\/despre-noi\/\"><strong>Raluca V\u0103t\u0103m\u0103nescu<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>HR PROJECT MANAGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>0755-041 440<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:raluca.vatamanescu@psihoselect.ro\">raluca.vatamanescu@psihoselect.ro<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Psihoselect is conducting the recruitment process for a well-established company operating in the industrial manufacturing sector, recognized for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and high-quality standards, for the position of: GENERAL MANAGER Location: Cluj Napoca &nbsp;
