Intellectual property protection

The Psihoselect content and design (as well as any other Psihoselect related material) sent to you by email or provided to you in any other way (such as articles, design and any other material referred to hereafter as “Psihoselect Content“), belongs to Psihoselect and its collaborators – where expressly specified or where no other author is specified – (copyright) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce or allow anyone else to use or reproduce the materials without the written permission of Psihoselect or its contributors, who own an intellectual property right in the relevant section of Psihoselect content. Reproduction in any form, in whole or in part, in recruitment advertisements without the prior written consent of Psihoselect is also prohibited.

Use of Psihoselect content

You may copy and print the Psihoselect Content for your and your company’s use only. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Psihoselect Content may not be reproduced, modified and exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. Actions of the type described below are not permitted without prior written permission from Psihoselect:

• reproducing or storing the Content, as well as sending this content to any other site, server or any other means of storing information.
• modifying, publishing, transmitting, as well as participating in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, without our prior written permission.
• the removal of the marks that signify Psihoselect‘s copyright in the Content.

Privacy

The information you provide about yourself to Psihoselect will only be used in accordance with the terms of Psihoselect’s Privacy Agreement

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Psihoselect has the right to refuse all current or future attempts to use the site
Psihoselect is not responsible in any way for information and data posted, disseminated or transmitted by its users. If requested to do so by a user, it may investigate and verify the allegations and may decide whether such information should be removed.

You may not publish material that Psihoselect, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate, given their failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement. No justification is required.

By sending your messages to or through any means of communication you agree that you are solely responsible for and will indemnify Psihoselect for any damages, costs or profit limitations arising as a result of your posting, transmitting or referring to messages whose content violates the limitations in the preceding paragraph.

Some users may find it easier to violate the rules set forth in this agreement, and as a result, some of the published messages may present a misleading, incomplete, incorrect or aggressively targeted reality. You should therefore be discerning before using the information contained in these messages to make an investment or any other action involving the use of your own or others’ funds or resources. The image presented by published messages may sometimes differ from reality.

Suspension of access

Psihoselect may, without any further notice or formality, and without explaining its action, suspend or terminate your access to the Psihoselect Content or any part thereof. In doing so, Psihoselect mayblock your use of the Services or the use of any of its other services from which you benefit, or remove and discard any material within the Services, for any reason or for no reason. Psihoselect may also, at any time at its sole discretion and without liability, discontinue providing the Services, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

In case of restriction of access to paid service users, they understand and agree that the only claims they may have against Psihoselect are limited to the refund of the part of the fee corresponding to the restricted period.

Changes to Psihoselect

Psihoselect reserves the right to suspend, modify, add or remove portions of its Content at any time. Psihoselect also reserves the right to restrict users’ access to some or all of its Content.

Forta Majora

Psihoselect, its affiliates or and in general, the information providers to Psihoselect cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors in the content provided by our publications, resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond Psihoselect‘s control. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to: malfunctions of Psihoselect‘s technical equipment, failure of the internet connection, failure of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Psihoselect’s systems, operating errors, strikes, etc.

Miscellaneous

Changing the terms of this Agreement. Psihoselect may, without notice or other formalities, change the terms of this Agreement. We recommend that you review this document periodically so that you are aware of any changes. By accessing Psihoselect and using our services, you signify your assent to the new terms of this agreement.

Also, some services offered by Psihoselect may be subject to different terms. Advertising and content provided by other parties. Parts of the content included in Psihoselect may be provided by third parties with whom Psihoselect has entered into content provision agreements. Also, within Psihoselect content may be included advertising sections displaying advertising messages of third parties.

Notices. Any notice to Psihoselect must be sent in writing, by e-mail, post or fax, to the address mentioned in this document.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by this agreement, as well as all legal effects produced by this agreement shall be interpreted and governed by Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising out of this agreement shall be brought before the Romanian courts.
