Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a multinational IT partner company for the following position:

IT RECRUITMENT BUSINESS PARTNER

Location – Bucharest/Cluj Napoca/Timișoara/Sibiu/Iași

Role: The IT Recruitment Business Partner will understand external trends in the talent market, engage top talent for the company’s opportunities and actively manage the candidate throughout the process. The IT Recruitment Business Partner will use leadership and candidate influencing skills, expertly assess and evaluate talent for roles in the company, and lead candidate negotiations through to close.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with executive-level management on talent requisitions and assist them in determining and fulfilling their talent needs;
  • Build relationships with senior talent in the marketplace. Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach;
  • The IT Recruitment Business Partner uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate the company’s unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates;
  • Shares proven stories that help others across the discipline to source, recruit, and close candidates. Tracks candidate activity and shares with internal stakeholders;
  • Gathers requirements and develops hiring plans that meet candidate needs throughout the hiring lifecycle, often for critical, complex, high level or high volume candidate searches. Owns the candidate experience and prepares candidates for next phases of the process. Enhances the candidate experience at all phases of the relationship by proactively identifying factors that may adversely impact the candidate and partnering with business leaders to develop mitigation strategies;
  • Leverages long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry. Develops a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g. community building, business intelligence) to create an innovative sourcing strategy for the subsidiaries;
  • Shares candidates across teams, and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate and meet targets for differentiated talent for a business line or subsidiaries;
  • Leads the optimization of staffing policies, and processes throughout the organization;
  • Maintains current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing and tracking system;
  • Developing and executing on candidate generation strategies and building a pipeline of executive talent, including direct sourcing candidates. Maintaining in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of companies, and competitive industries;
  • Establishing, cultivating and maintaining solid working relationships with executive management, hiring managers, external relationships & any other internal recruiting partners;
  • Upholding strict confidentiality about available positions and other sensitive information;
  • Establishing and mentoring others on effective executive search methodology and best practices;

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • + 4 years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), IT industry experience or related industries;
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR related fields;
  • Recruiting experience within a search firm or corporate environment, conducting searches with an emphasis on an individualized candidate experience;
  • Demonstrable ability to recruit candidates in the technology industry or related, with the ability to engage with senior candidates and stakeholders;
  • Strong passion for Technology;
  • Strong market knowledge of the company’s competitive landscape for talent across Romania in all regions;
  • Proven success in strong relationship management with senior hiring managers and talented professionals;
  • Ability to understand and articulate stakeholders’ requirements, culture and other compatibility issues that are critical to making a successful talent decision;
  • Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including senior candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation;
  • Ability to independently run and drive the search strategy. Ability to prioritize effectively based on key market insights;
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Positive result driven and hands on attitude.
