  Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a multinational partner company, specialized in production and commercialization of equipment for industrial field for the following position:

 

 TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROMANIA

Possible locations: CJ,  AR, TM, BH, SM, SB, BV,  HD, MS, Bucharest

Role: maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and equipment’s, business, and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow B2B accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Work with customers, marketing and product managers to define product roadmap and product enhancements;
  • Prospecting, customer visits, creating quotations, negotiating with customers, reach the sales and orders budget agreed in each fiscal year;
  • Preparing sales contracts and order detail information for internal sales support, creating and/or evaluation of configurations, support the customer’s project;
  • Recommending of application layout, contributing to the education process of OEM ;
  • Supporting exhibitions and various customer events;
  • Increase the company’s product awareness in the country-specific industry;
  • Provide ongoing sales and technical services at assigned customers to ensure maximum sales and optimum performance of Company’s Products and to focus on all commercial and technical activities necessary to support the introduction of, approval of and service of the portfolio;
  • Develop and maintain direct contact with key business and technical decision makers at assigned and potential Company’s customers and take a lead role with those decision makers to facilitate the rapid adoption of newly developed or tailored solutions into their production process;
  • Evaluates competitors’ services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations;
  • Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives;
  • Record and maintain client contact data; Up to Date and correctly entered records in ERP system;

 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • + 3 years in a sales B2B role or related positions with resulted track record;
  • University degree in Automation, Electronics, Robotics Engineering, Economics or a related discipline;
  • Understanding of the sales and technical cycle for automation technology
  • Capable of generating sales leads and identifying opportunities. Able to build relationships with clients quickly;
  • Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customers and integrator partners;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • English conversational level;
  • Result and goal oriented and problem-solving attitude, in a proactive way ;
  • High degree of initiative, independent thinking and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new skills;
  • Ability to interact with company’s clients and to present in a professional manner;
  • Ability to adapt to changing internal and external circumstances, and moreover openness to new ideas;
  • Attention to details: avoiding mistakes by verifying their own work, carrying out tasks in organized, logical and neat way;
  • Customer orientation: anticipating specified (and unspecified) needs of clients, ability to translate those needs into concrete actions in a commercially advantageous way for both side;
  • Computer skills: fluent computer literacy, MS Windows, M365, MS Office, CRM;
  • Driving license category B, willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
