Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position
OFFER TECHNICIAN
The company is a leading international automotive supplier specialized in the development and production of systems, modules and individual plastic components
Location – Bucharest
Responsibilities:
- Creating the nomenclature and keep it updated up to the awarding;
- Asking for prices of components and materials to purchases, prices for moulds, control devices and peripherals to supplier;
- Asking for the feasibility study -if necessary- to the CAD department and for the mould concept to the mould technicians, according to the standard of the parts being quoted;
- Calculating the costs for development, prototype phase, industrialization, packaging and transport, quality and part costs, asking for advice to technical specialists where necessary;
- Realizing the dossier of remarks for the offer;
- Preparing the PA2 and send it to the Finance Department for approval;
- Preparing the technical dossier – sketch type – enclosed to the quotation, if necessary, accompanying the Sales department when defending it if needed;
- Checking the calculations in the different phases of quotation;
- Conducting the Kick off meeting with the project team named in order to pass the data once the customer confirms the order.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience, desirable in automotive sector;
- University degree in Engineering;
- Experience in product and system design/interpretation of drawings;
- Industrial experience in plastic parts (training will be applied if required);
- Knowledge of calculation for parts, cycles and workflow (training will be applied if required);
- Language skills – English advanced required;
- Availability to travel.
