Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for a partner company specialized in furniture production, for the following position:
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Location – Cluj County
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration with production manager in making a plan of production schedule;
- Supervising the process flow and control the production schedule, adjust the plan if needed;
- Calculation of the human resources required and assure that materials needed to accomplish the production plan meet the targets;
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement;
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations;
- Following and stocks management;
- Make sure that health and safety procedures are respected;
- Monitor quality standards of products and make sure workers are quality oriented;
- Analyse daily production and quality control to detect and correct problems and make proposals for improvements;
- Attending daily production meetings , prepare and maintain production reports;
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, quality and management;
- Communicate closely with the Production manager, Quality DPt, Commercial Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading positions;
- Technical university degree;
- Understanding of lean management and ERP operation system is an advantage;
- English – at a conversational level;
- Good planner and organizer in production schedules;
- Good communicator, work closely with foremen, Quality controllers and Commercial Department;
- Stress tolerance and results driven;
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment;
- Attention to details and persuasiveness;
- Determined and full of energy;
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
- Assure that production planning is realized at quality standards required by the clients;
- Proactive when it comes to accomplish the production planning (ability to identify what resources are required in order to fulfill the production plan and ensure the production is cost effective)
- Awareness of working in a team with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals;
- Willing to know better the team of workers and foremen and ability to identify training needs;
- Drive continuous improvements activities in process improvement, quality, machines availability, workers motivation to enhance the capability of existing process and remove waste.
