REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – Location: Timis County

Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in services for the following position:
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: TIMIS COUNTY
Role: The Regional Sales Manager will coordinate and implement the sales and operational activities of the location in order to increase the value added for the customer.
Essential Functions:
· Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives;
· Supporting sales responsible and operational people with day-to-day operations;
· Report on regional sales results;
· Forecast quarterly and annual profits;
· Responsible for closing and signing the contracts;
· Maintain the relationship with the local and regional authorities;
· Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople or operational;
· Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts in regional area;
· Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the company;
· Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business, along with the existing sales representative;
· Maintain records of customer details / sales visits for the region;
· Provide quotes for current and prospective clients;
· Identify potential customers and register opportunities in the regional area from Romania;
· Regularly visit existing accounts validating the service levels and develop new revenue streams;
· Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given;
· Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner;
· Support customer service and work closely with Operations on the execution of customer service contracts;
· Ask for support from the other regional centers in order to keep the standards level;
· Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings;
· Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions;
· Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed;
· Collect information from the competition environment;
· Represent the company on the market and to promote the company’s image by adopting a professional attitude that reflects the company’s values;
· Prepare periodic reports and analyzes regarding the sales process: prospecting, offering and contracting services for the regional area.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/economics/engineering or related discipline;
· + 3 years’ experience in sales and business development positions;
· Background in services sales positions is preferred;
· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships;
· Conversational in English;
· Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer-oriented skills;
· Ability to work both independently and within a team;
· Extremely organized and detail oriented;
· Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision- making skills;
· A passion for the customer experience; proven excellence in customer service;
· Strong computer skills – MS Office, CRM and ERP type of tools.
