Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production, for the following position:
CFO
Location – Cluj County
The role will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis, negotiations and investor relations.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the plan of the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives;
- Monitor and direct strategic business plans;
- Ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliance with applicable regulatory legislation for financial and tax reporting;
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures;
- Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company;
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs;
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner;
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained;
- Develop financial and tax strategies;
- Oversee all transactions and processing systems;
- Implement operational best practices;
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions;
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities;
- Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans;
- Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred);
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP type tools and financial reporting software;
- Strong background in production companies;
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization;
- Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis;
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner, high level of integrity;
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
