The company has been established since 2001, but headhunting emerged as a necessity only in 2008, when the market was ready for this new phase. Establishment of Psihoselect
The recruitment market in Romania was still in formation, but we started with a lot of enthusiasm, in a small team and with the desire to grow. From the beginning, we aimed to bring value to the candidates and companies we interact with.

In 2006, we encountered the challenges of a market with high economic growth, but one in which there was a mismatch between salaries, professional training, and candidates’ experience.

We receive applications for various positions across multiples industries, with our main projects focused on top and middle management roles, including CEO, CMO, CTO, CFO, CIO, COO, Purchasing Coordinator, Regional Sales Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Project Manager, Factory Manager, Production Manager, Plant Manager, and Branch Manager.

How long does our recruitment process take?
“We commit to completing the recruitment process within a maximum of 15-30 working days.
What happens if the hired candidate leaves?
“We provide a 3-month guarantee for specialist and middle management positions and a 4-month guarantee for top management roles. If the person hired leaves the company within this period, we will restart the recruitment process at no additional cost. Our goal is to build strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services.
HR Trainee Program

1. WHY CHOOSE THE PSIHOSELECT TRAINEE PROGRAM?
The HR TRAINEE program was created to provide young talent the necessary experience and prepare them for the job market. In collaboration with the “Competences for the Future” Association, we aim to support juniors in developing essential HR skills, thus contributing to the growth of the market and the development of well-trained professionals. The program emphasizes team, innovation and results.
2. WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE BE IN THE PROGRAM?
- You will be actively involved in all stages of the recruitment and selection process, contributing directly to our projects.
- You will collaborate with Psihoselect specialists and work alongside a team of trainees eager to develop their HR expertise.
- The program offers a flexible part-time schedule of 4 hours per day for 3 months, with the possibility of contract extension.
- At the end of the HR Trainee program, you will receive recommendations from us, a certificate confirming your participation, and a detailed evaluation of the skills you have developed and refined.
