Psihoselect recruits for a partner company specialized in production and distribution of electronics for the following position:
CLUSTER OPERATIONS MANAGER (RO and HU)
Location: Bucharest
Role: Cluster Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of organization in order to improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
Essential Functions:
1. Forecasting
2. Order Management and Back Office
3. Logistic and Distribution
4. Customer care
· Coordinate all activities with Marketing and Sales team of the 2 Countries to provide to Group Supply Chain the updated rolling 12 months forecast;
· Maintain the Group ERP properly updated with Product portfolio (Phase-in / Phase out);
· Assure coherency among rolling Forecasts, product availability and orders management;
· Coordinate the Order flow Management from Customer to Supply Chain till Order confirmation;
· Coordinate with Sales team in case of product availability constraints, finding any possible solution to satisfy the market request;
· Coordinate all activities related to products distribution within the Countries;
· Responsible for Warehouse Management (either insource either outsourced);
· Responsible for Logistic Distribution (unloading windows);
· Responsible for the Group projects Logistic and distribution implementation within the 2 Countries.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
· + 8 years relevant working experience in operations position;
· + 3 years’ experience in management roles;
· BS degree in relevant field;
· In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management;
· Hands on experience with budget development and oversight experience;
· Applicable knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics, after sales processes;
· Excellent organizational and time management skills;
· Experience planning, implementing & managing effective organization-wide processes, and demonstrated success in influencing business decisions;
· Willingness to work across all areas of the business, and who at times will need to be involved in operational work;
· Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills with ability to consult and provide advice to all levels of the organization;
· Strong business and management report writing skills;
· Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as a team member to achieve goals;
· Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to priorities and manage workload, meet deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances;
· Ability to identify issues and propose solutions;
· Proficiency using ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant database programs, SAP software packages is a plus;
· Fluent in English, both orally and in writing;
· Positive result driven and hands on attitude;
· Availability to Travel up to 50% of working time.
