PEOPLE & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Location – Cluj Napoca
Role: The HR Business Partner will provide HR advise and support to all departments working collaboratively with leaders to prioritize strategic people priorities and solutions that accelerate the achievement of business plans through talent management, diversity and inclusion, motivation, organizational effectiveness, and development. The HRBP is responsible for leading, implementing and delivering HR initiatives, with high impact in people and organizational development.
Essential Functions:
- Build credibility with leaders by providing insight and guidance on HR;
- Design and leverage integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of our diverse workforce, enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent;
- Improve the onboarding process for all employees’ categories;
- Understand the overall organizational structure to manage and facilitate the organizational design and development, leadership coaching and team building that support change and growth;
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions;
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs;
- Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans;
- Partner with leaders on organization design and team dynamics;
- Manage different people development programs, HR initiatives or projects;
- Build and maintain professional external network to stay abreast of trend changes in all aspects of HR. Ability to translate external business trends into internal organization actions;
- Ability to understand the general business conditions (social, technological, economic, environmental, and demographic trends) that affect our industry.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience required, HR roles with focus on people and organizational development;
- Strong knowledge in HR functional areas and demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business;
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience;
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening) in English;
- Bachelor’s degree in a HR related field;
- Collaboration in a matrix environment;
- Interpersonal skills to interface effectively with the necessary internal and external stakeholders, building solid relationships;
- Strategic and proactive thinking to develop HR project for organizational development;
- Management presentation competencies to effectively present key insights, targets and results in front of internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience managing a team to deliver results;
- Growth mindset: desire to build a successful career with a growing global company;
- Solid MS Office skills and HR tools.
