Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a multinational partner company, which is a leading provider of steam system solutions, for the following position:
SALES ENGINEER MOLDOVA
Location: Iasi/ Suceava/ Roman/ Piatra-Neamt
Responsibilities:
- Deploy company’s strategy – Customer Value Propositions;
- Identify new prospects and communicates new product and service opportunities;
- Analyze the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the company;
- Develop and increase the market regarding company’s portfolio;
- Identify B2B clients from the company’s specified areas and uses consultative selling;
- Negotiate and close contracts with B2B clients, achieve targets (Orders, Sales, Profits)
- Determine price schedules and discount rates, according to the company’s sales policy;
- Review daily sales reports in order to manage and coordinate work activity;
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;
- Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment;
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages;
- Research and identify potential customers for products or services, pipeline management – including follow-up of quotes & forecasting;
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment;
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production;
- Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets, territory planning and account planning;
- Maintain sales forecasting reports;
- Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans, maximize customer facing time;
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery;
- Utilize the available tools & resources (CRM, Academy).
Requirements:
- Strong background in technical sales;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales;
- Experience in B2B customers in industrial filed – advantage;
- Proficiency in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to assimilate detailed technical information;
- A can DO and very determined attitude;
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner;
- PC operating knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, AutoCAD or a similar software application).
