Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in commercializing heating solutions, for the following position:
PRE – SALES ENGINEER
Location: Cluj
Role: The Pre – Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing presales technical support and assistance / advice to the sales team as well to the client and partners; build a strong business network with the aim to increase sales.
Essential Functions:
- Understand the requirements of the customer and identifying the appropriate products for their needs;
- Prepare the quotations and design solutions to support the sales team activity;
- Prepare and perform technical presentations as well as analysis of customer technical requirements;
- Build a strong business network with stakeholders from the sector;
- Visit the construction sites to seek for business opportunities;
- Technical support on construction sites to installers;
- Be part of cross function projects;
- Keep-updates with the companies’ products and services;
- Deliver product trainings for internal purpose and external partners;
- Join Marketing events to meet installers.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
- +3 years’ previous work experiences in sales / pre-sales / customer service support for sectors like heating and water heating, energy renewable products, pumps, HVAC, automation solutions;
- University Technical degree, preferable Civil Constructions Engineering / Installation;
- Very good technical skills;
- Communication skills to inform, help and advice customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals.
- Good planning, organization and communication skills;
- Team-player;
- English knowledge at conversational level;
- Abilities to deliver trainings;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Power point and Excel;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / drawing packages is a plus;
- Accountability, forward thinking, customer focus, problem solving and goal orientation, interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile.
