Psihoselect performs the recruitment process for a partner company specialized in production for the following position:
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Location: Alba County
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed;
- Analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations;
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts;
- Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports;
- Assess financial impact of operations changes
- Act as a financial business partner for colleagues in production and logistic department
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, according to the projects they are allocated;
- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data;
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports according to the CFO request;
- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies;
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts when needed
- Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Business/Financial controller;
- 2 years finance/ audit experience;
- Familiarity with production environment is an advantage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
- Excellent Excel skills;
- Ability and knowledge to analyze financial data, prepare reports, statements, and projections.
- Experience with creating financial reports;
- Proficiency in English;
- A can DO and very determined attitude, eager to learn and develop his/her skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity, result and client oriented person.
