Psihoselect performs the Recruitment Process for the following position
MOLD INJECTION ENGINEER
The company is a leading international automotive supplier specialized in the development and production of systems, modules and individual plastic components
Location – Pitesti
Responsibilities:
- Performing pre-studies of moulds for all moulds under responsibility;
- Analyzing numerical definitions product and detects inconsistencies product with respect to the feasibility of moulds;
- Tracking detailed according to need;
- Verifying the application of the technical solutions decided in molds in the product design;
- Validating cast in the mould before sending it to production series ;
- Communicating with hierarchical superior of the hard points or issues with financial implications to respect the procedures in force;
- Main contact for the toolmaker;
- Mold supply requests according to the standard documents (conventional and complex);
- Choosing suitable mold technically for the awards;
- Validating all molds made by the toolmaker projects;
- Ensuring the accurate tracking of molds and mold until the first test;
- Validating the rationale for the cost of bids of molds or mold modifications;
- Planning the workload in the toolmaker suggesting what should be outsourced or not without project preferences;
- Using the return of experience of the production plants in order to apply the lessons learned;
- Following the evolution of the sector in terms of conception with the means at its disposal (with the mold or foreign media).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in plastic parts in the automotive industry;
- University Degree in Engineering;
- Knowledge of calculation for parts, cycles and workflow (training will be applied if required);
- Language skills – English advanced required;
- Visual capacity;
- Driving license – B;
- Availability to travel.
