PLASTIC QUALITY MANAGER

The company is a multinational industry leader dedicated to manufacturing very focused on organizational culture

Location – Cluj

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the Quality team for Plastic Injection, Tampo printing and laboratory testing activities;
In respect of Corporate and factory guidelines, validate all Process & Product within the areas of responsibility;
Implement the certification methodology with particular focus on Food Contact Compliance;
Product testing activities throughout production cycles;
Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency;
Oversee workers covering quality assurance process (ISO 9001, 14000 and Food Contact compliance);
Analyze quality control test results providing corrective action plan and feedback to production management;
Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments;
Create and implement inspection and testing criteria and procedures;
Direct the tracking of defects, test results, and other regularly reported quality control data;
Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points;
Conduct analysis of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods;
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods and protocols.

Requirements:

University degree technical field;
Experience in quality management – 3-5 years;
Experience in similar position – 2-3 years;
Experience in people management;
English language – advanced level;
Knowledge in ERP systems;
Background in Plastic, Painting Tampo Printing, HACCP/ISO 22.000 will represent a plus.
